Their varied backgrounds in industrial process, facilities and site maintenance, service delivery, information systems, safety systems, business development, finance and accounting inform every aspect of what we do. Corey Hines

Chief Executive Officer

Corey Hines is CEO of Hines and a member of the company’s board of directors. He is proud to share Hines’s mission, vision and values with the company’s employees, clients, partners, shareholders, and investors.

Corey joined Hines in 2007, bringing more than 25 years of experience in industrial process, information systems and facility maintenance services to the company.

A graduate of the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School, Corey manages corporate direction and strategy at Hines, facilitating company activity in leadership, sales, marketing, strategic alliances, service development, and safety. He is also responsible for environmental and technological innovation at Hines.

Ray Hines

President and Chairman of the Board

Ray Hines is President of Hines and chairman of the company’s board of directors. He is proud to share Hines’s strategy and vision with the company’s employees, clients, partners, shareholders, and investors.

Ray joined Hines in 2009, bringing more than 15 years of experience in industrial processes and a strong understanding of the safety culture within the oil and gas industry to the company. In his role as President, he has focused on building our teams, developing aboriginal awareness within the company, and building a network of First Nations employment channels.

Ray has partnered with First Nations and secured scholarships with institutions to build opportunities for aboriginal people within our organization and our community. He spent two years on the board of the Northern Alberta Aboriginal Business Association and assisted in developing the association’s relationship with industry in the Wood Buffalo Region. He is committed to providing Hines’s employees with personal and professional development opportunities—not only within the company, but also with our clients, industry, and academic institutions in the regions we serve. Under Ray’s leadership, Hines is building a strong, diverse team to serve the needs of our customers.
